Leaf us in the leaves Please!

WOW who knew how much fun leaves are! well mommy did!  what a fun time Joshy and I had playing in them. the pile was as tall as we are.  We also got to see daddy run equipment across the road from us. He has such a fun job. We offered to help but he said no thanks! so we jumped in the leaves some more. Joshy ate most of them.  Mommy has been in a soup making kick as this weather has turned a little colder. But it's still nice out side.  We don't mind at all.  Hannah enjoys dressing up in beautiful princess dresses.  She tried to put one on Joshy and He did not appreciate it at all!  and as requested Mommy will put the recipes of the soups For all to enjoy :) as she sure does ( and so do we)

the tree has moved up!

Well it was a little chilly this week, so mommy had the craving for some golden cheddar cheese soup, and corn scones, and YUMMMMMMY! it was so good.  The funny thing is Auntie Angie, Uncle Trevor and Benjamin all the way in Toronto, had the same thing the same night :) today Mommy is going to bake some Banana muffins! She had to call Auntie Angie again for the recipe and GUESS WHAT! They had fresh banana muffins TOO! Mommy says it's good to have sisters who you have such a connection with.   Anyways Joshua is on the move, he gets into everything.  Mommy has a "umbrella Tree" that has had to move up in the world because Joshy keeps eating the leaves, which Mommy does not think it can be too healthy. He has had his hand stuck in the VCR twice this week now.. Also he has climbed the dishwasher, and the art desk.  Mommy is glad that he still likes his bouncer, as it keeps him in one spot for a little while to clean up his path of destruction.  (he keeps mommy moving!) Also we had a tea party this week. Daddy even made an appearance it was great. Daddy is back to work in the big equipment.  I guess big equipment but out of the field.   He says it is like going back to school after summer holidays.   As for us kids we like school (or so we think)! Mommy has returned to school too, she is taking an art class. And loves it. She says we are her inspiration for many things. but four hours a week to not have to chase after us is OK. :)   We had a friend come over for a sudo-sleep over. She went to sleep here, but her mommy and daddy took her home after the show :)  it was great fun.  Well have to go I think I smell muffins :)

Fall is in the air!

the trees change over night,

nothing as cute as a girl with her horse!

well make that a girl and boy with their horses!

let me show you the world!

Josh, you DON'T eat the ROCKS!

Well you would never know it but fall is upon us! Mommy says we better enjoy this weather (it's +26) for it won't last long.  Daddy is still in the combine, chug chug chugging along.  Mommy has started taking an art class so Wednesdays and Thursdays We go play with friends of ours.  Today how ever to celebrate this fall season Mommy took us for a walk to see all the pretty colors.  She says there is no place like Ontario in the fall, but Rosebud is a close second. It may not be known for it's many different colors of trees, but if you look closely you will find many colors of the season.  So let us show you and put pictures up here. it was a fun day for sure!

Saturday is the best day!

This week Hannah ended her swim lessons, she did fantastic she can blow bubbles with her  mouth with the best of them.  Also Daddy finished combining the wheat, PRAISE THE LORD!
Mommy's favorite row of trees at sun set

stormy contrast of sky and land!

beautiful reminder of promises!

no matter how we may deny it, fall is upon us.

the stormy road ahead.. just kidding, but there was a wind storm and a little rain.

wind turbines on the way home. trying to get a good shot.

some of our beautiful family, those not there were truly missed!

Nanna and her favorite Hannah and Joshua.

Hannah in the foxtail

Beautiful Amelia.
So on Saturday we went to Red Deer to see Nanna, and Auntie Stephanie, Amelia, and Auntie Sylvia. We ate at Glenn's and the waitresses loved US! especially Amelia's hat.  Joshy was soo cute too, and Hannah tickled and laughed and wanted to go back as soon as it was time to go home. We went for a walk around a lovely memorial tree "park" it was somber to see some dates of the loves lost, but there were many with a birth date of 1838 and hopefully a well lived life.  We ran and saw geese, and sea gulls. Then Auntie Stephanie said it was going to rain so "lets go" and mommy said it wouldn't.. mommy owes Auntie Steph a Slurpee now.  Nanna is on her way to a new adventure and our love and prayers go with her. Mommy is not liking how far away her family seems but knows its only for a short time. And has us to hug and love and be happy with :) and we are happy about that.  Well that's all this week. good night. here are some pictures that mommy think "rock!"
